Room Division Agent

​Join our team at Eva Bay Hotel (member of Vrontakis Resorts SA), a seaside resort in Adelianos Kampos (Rethymno), and become part of a dynamic hospitality group committed to exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Room Division Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, deals, check-ins/check-outs, and payment processing across the hotel group
• Support front office and operations staff
• Monitor departmental KPIs and implement improvements to ensure operational efficiency and team productivity
• Collaborate with all hotel departments for seamless guest experiences
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
• Work within the set budget, monitor income and expenses, and support the financial goals of the hotel

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in hotel reception or front office operations, preferably in a 4-star environment
• Strong knowledge of Hotelizer or Webhotelier hotel management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms ( booking.com)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (other languages such as German, Russian, Ukrainian are a plus)
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
