We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team within the Energy Customer Solutions division in Athens.

Your Role Will Encompass

• Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies across Protergia’s energy and utility product portfolio.
• Assist in developing Go-To-Market (G2M) plans, campaign messaging, and launch coordination.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Operations, Legal, and IT to align marketing activities and support launches.
• Conduct market and customer research, analyze insights, and contribute to customer segmentation, personas, and journeys.
• Create engaging and educational content for customer touchpoints and assist in the delivery of unified product materials.
• Monitor and report on product marketing KPIs and project milestones.
• Contribute to customer experience improvements, including operational updates like unified billing.
  
  

What You Bring To The Role

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
• +3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the energy, services, or telecom industries.
• Understanding of retail energy markets, customer segmentation, and product operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
• A team player with a creative mindset, accountability, and a customer-first approach.
• Fluency in English.
