Job description:

  • Support the Reps on arrival & departure lists, and on the handling of the customer complaints
  • Daily communication with the Tour Operators abroad for managing various requests
  • Checking process for the Customer Service Web applications
  • Act supportively to the CS team

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

What we look for:

  • Work experience in Back Office position or as Tour Operator Representative
  • Customer service attitude
  • Communication skills
  • PC literacy
  • Fluency in German and English - additional languages considered an asset
