ES Systems is a developer and manufacturer of high-quality sensors based on micro-electronics technologies. Role Summary
As a Quality Manager at ESS, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our quality management system. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control, ensuring compliance with ISO certifications and other industry standards. Your expertise will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within our high-tech solutions/manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, ISO 27001and other relevant standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with IPC Class Standards for PCB Manufacturing.
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO/IPC certifications and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001 and other relevant quality standards.
- Proven experience with internal and external auditing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, CQM/OE) is a plus.
