Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and production of pastries anddesserts under the supervision of the Pastry Chef.

- Follow established recipes and presentation standards for all pastry items.

- Maintain cleanliness and order in the pastry kitchen at all times.

- Support preparation for daily service and special events.

- Ensure correct storage of all ingredients and finished products.

- Comply with food safety and hygiene standards.

- Receive guidance and feedback to improve pastry skills and techniques.

- Collaborate with the team and contribute to a smooth kitchen operation.

Qualifications / Experience

- Previous experience or internship in a professional pastrykitchen is a plus.

- Culinary school graduate or currently in training (preferred).

- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.

- Basic understanding of pastry ingredients, tools, and techniques.

- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

- Good time management and organization skills
