We are a remote-first company and currently hiring team members based in Greece.

We’re currently looking for a Customer Engagement & Growth Associate, based in Greece, to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both supporting users and connecting with prospects—combining communication skills with a knack for relationship-building. If you’re organized, proactive, and excited about working with a fast-evolving SaaS product, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

This is a blended role combining customer support and sales engagement. You'll work closely with both new users and prospects—supporting success and driving growth.

  • Customer Support: Assist users via chat, email, or video—troubleshooting issues and guiding them through the platform.
  • Sales Outreach: Identify, research, and reach out to prospects. Support lead qualification and follow-up activities.
  • CRM & Follow-ups: Maintain clean CRM records and ensure ongoing communication with leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn the ins and outs of momencio to confidently explain its value and guide users effectively.


What we’re looking for

  • Native English speaker or bilingual (Greek is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 1+ year experience in customer support, outreach, or sales
  • Familiarity with SaaS or CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Self-starter: You take initiative, manage your time well, and follow through without needing close supervision


Work hours

This role requires availability during US business hours: typically 15:00–23:00 EET. Flexibility within that window is welcome, but coverage during these hours is essential.
