Responsibilities:

• Preparation and presentation of handmade desserts, cakes, tarts, pastries, and savory breakfast items
• Contribution to the creation of a seasonal and imaginative breakfast menu
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Organizing and managing stock and supplies
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensuresmooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (ideally in a hotel or high-end café)
• Creativity and love for pastry and breakfast cuisine
• Ability to prepare a rich and flavorful breakfast selection
• Team spirit, professionalism, and reliability
• Knowledge of basic HACCP standards
