IT Operations Engineer (ref: IOE20250606)

PRIMARY is a leading software company based in Athens and operating internationally. We design & develop Planning & Scheduling Software solutions using state-of-the-art technology. Our clientele consists of large-scale companies in the retail, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors in Greece & abroad.

PRIMARY is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join our technical team and contribute to delivering quality products to existing and future clients.

You will…

• Support delivery of our products to our clients
• Execute manual test cases and analyze results
• Setup testing/demo environments
• Submit detailed test and defect reports to the development team
• Follow up on the defects until their resolution
• Contribute to technical documentation

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

You must have…

• A Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or another relevant field
• Knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of SQL

You may have (one or more…)

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL & SQL Server
• Command operating system usage (Linux, Windows Server)
• Hands-on experience in Issue & Project tracking tools
• 1-year experience in a similar role
