Quality Assurance Engineer

Starting with the role:

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the project’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.

During your day you will:

• Implements and enforces the project’s quality assurance system


• Reviews inspection and test plans (ITPs) and ensures compliance on-site


• Coordinates with third-party inspectors and testing agencies


• Verifies materials and workmanship meet contractual requirements


• Maintains QA documentation, test reports, and compliance logs


• Participates in site audits and prepares non-conformance reports


• Provides technical support in resolving quality-related issues

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field


• 3-5 years in similar role & Industry


• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards


• Understanding of construction processes and safety regulations


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Effective communication skills for teamwork and reporting


• Diploma in Quality Management (considered an asset)
