About the Role:
As a Travel Agent, you’ll serve as a trusted guide throughout the booking process. Your communication skills and keen attention to detail will ensure a smooth and personalized experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in choosing and booking the ideal rental vehicle for their needs
- Provide expert recommendations on car types, packages, and added services
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat in a professional and approachable manner
- Handle booking updates, cancellations, and resolve any concerns with care
- Stay informed about rental policies, promotions, and industry updates to better support customers
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and reservations to ensure high-quality service
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
