  1. Experience in Operations Management: Looking for someone who has coordinated or assisted in the management of operations, preferably in a group of companies, so they can handle the complexity of multiple business units and multitask.

  2. Accounting and Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting principles, handling invoices, budgets, and financial reporting is essential. A background in finance or accounting is a plus, as they will oversee financial tasks and help manage the accounts department.

  3. Customer Service Skills: Since the role involves interacting with clients, it’s crucial they have excellent customer service skills, with experience in handling client inquiries, complaints, and maintaining customer relationships.

  4. Organizational and Leadership Skills: You need someone responsible who can organize teams and operations, delegate tasks, and ensure projects are on track.

  5. Tech-Savvy with Systems: Experience with software for accounting, customer relationship management (CRM), or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is beneficial.



The group is Konilakis group it is Monday- Friday 09.00-17.30 in Leof Mesogion 8A and a weekly visitation to the headquarters in Magoyla Elefsis Athens 19018 is needed. The position will be paid 1000-1100 Plus taxes!
