Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Cooks (A-B-C) to assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Whether you’re an experienced Cook A, an intermediate Cook B, or an entry-level Cook C, we welcome individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Sandblu’s recipes and standards.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet our high expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen tasks.
Qualifications:
Cook A: 3+ years of culinary experience in a professional kitchen, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee kitchen operations.
Cook B: 1-3 years of culinary experience, proficiency in various cooking techniques, and the ability to work independently.
Cook C: Entry-level position; no prior experience required but a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn is essential.
Food Handler’s Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
