Neuraxpharm is looking for a
REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (based in Athens)
Your Mission:
In dependence of the Country Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of the assigned area
Your Major Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the Country Manager to plan the business strategy for the assigned area.
- Implement the sales plan for the designated zone.
- Execute the promotional strategy for each pharmaceutical formulation as outlined by the marketing department.
- Monitor sales results within their area.
- Active participation in meetings to evaluate sales performance.
- Attend training sessions organized by the marketing department on company products.
- Provide feedback to supervisors on:
- Acceptance of the strategic plan by health professionals.
- Competitive landscape.
- Market changes.
- Propose new business approaches within the area of responsibility.
- Manage company assets (car, cell phone, etc.) responsibly.
- Adhere to the company's ethics and the SFEE code of conduct.
- Report any adverse reactions to the pharmacovigilance department immediately.
- Relay any medical information concerning company products to the medical information department promptly.
- Report any quality issues related to company products to the quality assurance department immediately.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding company operations.
We Would Like You To Have
- +3 years minimum experience as a Regional Account Manager specialising in medical visits (CNS) within the assigned area.
- Preferably a University Degree in Health Sciences, though other qualifications will be considered.
- Experience working towards objectives and utilizing digital media.
- Autonomy, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
