ABOUT THE ROLE


We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing Sales team at Power Factors. This team is at the forefront of driving business growth. As a member of the team, you will be exposed to various functions of the business, including CRM operation, Sales support material and enablement, contribution to client interactions, providing you with a unique and exciting opportunity to learn and grow in your career. You will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to customer interactions and interface to internal teams such as Technical Sales, Operations, Delivery, and Finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • The work will involve supporting our sales team by accurately inputting, updating and maintaining data on standard and custom objects throughout the whole sales cycle
  • Help maintain CRM data hygiene and accuracy, ensuring sales pipeline data is up-to-date and actionable
  • Assisting in processing and validating sales bookings to ensure completeness and compliance with our internal processes, provide tool and system support to the team
  • to make sure they close deals more efficiently, and
  • progress with
  • post-sale project initiation
  • Adopt a structured and disciplined approach to tracking activity, monitoring pipeline and forecasting accuracy, and ensure deal progression
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to facilitate account management and accurate quote processing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and processes and suggest improvements to the above procedures
  • Handling ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required
  • Participating in testing, implementation, and optimization of new Salesforce functionalities
  • Implementing best practices for maintaining data quality and enhancing tools’ efficiency



REQUIRED COMPETENCIES


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or related field
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a must – familiarity with reporting, dashboards, CPQ or PowerBI experience will be considered a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Sales operations, data entry or a similar analytical role
  • Proficiency in English is a must for effective communication with team members and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, and attention to detail
  • Curiosity and a “can-do” mentality to tackle tasks and cross-functional projects
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal stakeholders, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Schedule flexibility for occasional work/meetings with international teams
