• Getting bogged down in mundane code maintenance cycles or troubleshooting minor bugs in existing systems

Lead AI Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your engineering mastery to orchestrate a paradigm shift in development velocity, dramatically reduce human error rates, and establish new benchmarks for code quality—directly contributing to accelerated product launches and exceptional customer experiences
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 3-year track record of delivering high-impact engineering initiatives that demonstrate your ability to drive meaningful technical outcomes
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI code assistance platforms such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev, with demonstrated proficiency in maximizing their potential
• Proven success stories implementing Generative AI solutions that solved real business challenges or created measurable technical advantages

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
