Media Planning Associate

Job’s Purpose

As a Media Planning Associate, you support the media team for the local media strategies and coordinate media planning. You will be working with media agencies and brand managers to maximize the impact of the campaigns. You will be responsible as part of the team for analyzing, evaluating, and recommending improvements of content creation, principles and guidelines to improve brand awareness.

What you will focus on:

• Identify and understand the target audience and analyze their behavior and media habits
• Coordinate, monitor and evaluate the most effective media mix to display ads, media campaigns and strategies
• Liaise with the media agency team to develop local media strategies and campaigns
• Plan and ensure the successful delivery of traditional and digital communication initiatives for our audience
• Influence brand communication strategies and plan execution
• Recommend digital experiences that drive actions
• Define Traffic acquisition and management strategy
• Planning and implementation of multiple paid & owned media aligned to internal teams to build education, awareness and hard selling campaigns
• Handle several tools to monitor and evaluate our brands’ digital activation performance
• Track and report media budget to internal stakeholders
• Media Budget tracking

What you have

• At least 1 – 3 years in media planning, advertising
• University Degree in Marketing or any relevant field
• Knowledge of media planning fundamentals, including media channels, buying models, and campaign optimization techniques
• Excellent command of Greek and English language, written & verbal
• MS Office literacy
