What you will do:



  • Participation in planning and implementation of the company's sales strategy in Traditional Trade channel (Wholesalers, Distributors, etc.) in the assigned area: Attica

  • Building distribution and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals within the country

  • Training and development of the company salesforce

  • Control over the implementation of sales targets by the company salesforce

  • Managing clients and building relationships to implement the sales strategy

  • Implementation and execution of marketing and trade marketing activities together with the marketing team

  • Preparation of commercial offers and contracts; conducting sales meetings and yearly negotiations with the partners

  • Controlling the budget and operational costs related to sales partners in Traditional Retail channel

  • Controlling the company’ pricing strategy implemented on the market

  • Monitoring competitors’ activities.


The Ideal candidate has:



  • Higher education, preferably in Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Finance or other

  • A proven track record in field sales or territory/area management for at least 3 years in the food industry

  • Partnerships with local and international wholesalers in the food industry

  • Flexibility to travel within the Athens-Attica region

  • English Upper-Intermediate

  • Greek Professional.
