JOB OVERVIEW

The Groom stores and delivers to and from rooms guest luggage, ensuring guests receive a high level of personalized service

Duties and responsibilities:

• To be present at the entrance or in the lobby areas, ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
• Promotes the hotel outlets, services and facilities.
• Handles support equipment properly.
• Greets all guests in a pleasant courteous and polite manner.
• Take appropriate action to resolve guest requests or complaints.
• Is aware of all policies and procedures related to Health, Hygiene & Fire Life Safety.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Previous experience as a Bell Boy /Groom in a Luxury Hotel will be considered as an asset.
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language.
• Hospitality education will be appreciated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality.
• Team spirit.
• Flexibility to work various shifts (evening and night shifts), including weekends and holidays.
