We are looking for a bilingual customer advisor (German + English) to join our team remotely in Greece. Start date: as soon as possible.

Your role as a bilingual customer advisor:
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database
- Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaint escalation policy
- Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately
- Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm (Greek time)
- Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm (Greek time)
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)
Requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- Native or fluent German speaker
- Good level of English (C1 minimum)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Relocation package (for candidates moving to Greece):
- Accommodation in a hotel close to the office for the first 3 weeks
- €300 accommodation support with the first salary payment
- Performance bonus
- 25 days of annual leave
