German Customer Support Agent | Remote in Greece

We are looking for a bilingual customer advisor (German + English) to join our team remotely in Greece. Start date: as soon as possible.

Your role as a bilingual customer advisor:

  • Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database
  • Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaint escalation policy
  • Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately
  • Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training
  • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions


Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm (Greek time)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm (Greek time)
  • 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)


Please note: remote work is allowed only within Greece. You will receive a desktop for work purposes. Travelling or working from outside Greece is not permitted.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Native or fluent German speaker
  • Good level of English (C1 minimum)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
