On-site Rhodes, Greece (Part-time, Full-time or Freelance Collaboration)

e-Marketing Center is a new agency, created with a fresh vision for digital marketing, content, performance marketing and social media.

We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join us. We work mainly on-site at our brand-new offices in Rhodes, with the possibility of a hybrid model depending on your needs. You can join us with a part-time, full-time employment, or freelance collaboration.

Previous experience is not necessary. What we are really looking for is someone with passion, commitment, and the right mindset to learn and develop. It’s important to be available during normal working hours so we can collaborate easily as a team.

Your role will include:

• Bringing fresh and creative ideas into every project

• Creating monthly content calendars after market and competitor research

• Designing simple but engaging visuals using Canva Pro/Photoshop (with material provided or free stock content)

• Writing clear and attractive copy in both Greek and English

• Organizing post calendars, scheduling, and publishing posts at the right time

• Monitoring social media accounts to ensure everything runs smoothly and proposing improvements

• Managing community engagement and building good relationships with audiences

• Is available and communicative during standard office hours

It would be great if you:

• Know how to work with Canva Pro or Photoshop (but don’t worry if not, we can guide you)

• Are comfortable writing in both Greek and English

• Have an eye for design, trends, and social media content
