Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely support for product- and service-related questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Fluent in Spanish (C1) and proficient in English (B2+).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
