- Oversee the care of plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns, including watering, pruning, weeding and fertilizing.
- Create and implement planting schemes and landscape designs that align with the garden's aesthetic, purpose, and environmental conditions.
- Lead and supervise a team of gardeners, including scheduling work, assigning tasks, and providing training and guidance.
- Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance, events, or education, to coordinate garden-related activities.
- Manage the garden's budget, including forecasting costs for labor, materials, tools, and plants.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Higher Degree in Agricultural or Forestry Sciences or another similar field.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience managing teams, scheduling work, and overseeing large projects.
