THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include performing inbound logistics (IL), outbound logistics (OL), and various warehouse tasks to maintain optimal inventory levels and support the overall supply chain process. This position is vital for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse operations.
This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Established in a strategic location near Athens, the Koropi site has played a significant role in the company's global operations, focusing on manufacturing, and distribution. Your Key Responsibilities
- Execute Inbound and Outbound Logistics (IL/OL): Perform tasks related to the efficient handling of inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Material Identification and Handling: Identify materials and perform nesting and de-nesting of pallets to ensure proper organization and storage
- Safety and Compliance: Apply safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) processes
- Training and Documentation: Ensure training is executed on time and relevant documents are ready for inspection and/or archived
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain optimal inventory levels and support the overall supply chain process through effective warehouse management
What You Should Bring To The Team
- Diploma in Warehouse Management or Logistics
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Warehouse Management (WM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) operations
- Intermediate proficiency in English and native fluency in Greek
- Customer service mindset, ability to work in a cross-functional environment, and a strong safety mindset
