Hotel Operations Manager

Soho Exclusive Suites is a collection of 16 amazing suites offering bespoke services andheartfelt hospitality in Thassos, a destination of incredible natural setting!We are looking for a highlyenergetic, results driven and experienced Hotel Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manages day to day operations ensuring the quality andthat guest service experience is delivered to the highest levels
• Daily meeting with the team (8 people) to prioritize (organize daily -weekly priorities) pendingmatters, thus ensuring proper and smooth daily operation.
• Process of financial & operational data (e.g.monthly report on revenue compared to Yearly Budget & Forecast)
• Ensure operational activities remain on time andwithin a defined budget
• Focuses on exceeding revenue and guest expectations byproviding services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction andretention
• Reservations and payment handling.
• Managing and filling reservations, until arrival ofthe guests
• Correspondence via e-mails and extranet.
• Ensures that complaints are handled without delay andthat effective follow-up action takes place to avoid recurrence
• Ensures compliance with all company and statutorypolicies and procedure
• Prepares all required paperwork, including forms,reports and schedules, in an organized and timely manner
• Assures hotel maintenance and staff or equipmentadequacy
• Takes accountability for his/her actions

Qualifications:

• 2+ years proven experience as an Operational Manager or 4+ yearsexperience as a Hotels’ Head of Department
• Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of Germanlanguage will be considered a plus)
• Excellent Computer Knowledge
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work with and understand financial information and data
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and skills with a passion forthe hospitality industry
• Excellentability to work collaboratively across functions in a multiculturalprofessional environment
• Personal integrity with the ability to handle multiple challengingpriorities and assignments
