Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, and chat).
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and other platform-related issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on the platform's policies, procedures, and new features.
- Meet personal and team goals, such as customer satisfaction and response time targets.
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and good command of English (B2+ level) both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while staying organized and focused.
- Comfortable using technology, CRM platforms, and communication tools.
- High School diploma required; a university degree is a plus.
- Must be located in Greece or willing to relocate (with 3 weeks of initial accommodation support provided).
