Cretan Holidays, one of the largest and most innovative DMC in Greece, is currently seeking to recruit employees for the position of English & Dutch speaking Tour Operator Representative - Heraklion for the guests of Sunweb.

Job description:

• Assist our TO guests at the Hotels
• Ensure their memorable stay at the destination
• Maximize Excursion & CarRental sales
• Handling customer complaints with success

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

What we look for:

• Work experience of minimum 2 years as TOs representative
• Fluency in English and Dutch. Candidates who also speak French or Danish or Swedish will be prioritized.
• Customer service attitude
• Communication skills
• Strong sales ability
• Efficiency in usage of web gadgets
• Enjoy working in uniform
• Driving license holder (min 2 years)​

Working place: Region of Heraklion (Agia Pelagia till Malia) region in Crete
