QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and systems

Proficiency in Protel property management system (PMS)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services.

Manage and motivate a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ensure smooth and efficient operations, maximizing guest satisfaction and revenue.

Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety.

Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Analyze key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve performance.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and staff.
