ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client a company that offers comprehensive transport solutions, is seeking a Quality Manager for the company’s projects based in Volos.

Location: Volos

Working Model: On-site

You will be reporting to: Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the quality activities are executed.
  • Be the company´s interlocutor with the customer on quality issues.
  • Fluent communication with Testing Responsible, Logistic Responsible and Production Responsible.
  • Improvement proposals according to production evolution, testing and quality inspection results.
  • Recognize, encourage, and promote the implementation of good quality practices.
  • Support Internal/Customer Audits.
  • Ensure compliance with the provision of the Quality Plan and the execution of the ITP.
  • Carry out inspections at the reception of the Unit with the support of the production team.
  • Perform internal quality inspections, including modification, repairs, disassembly, and assembly.
  • Establish acceptance criteria.
  • Inform production of open points and ensure closure before inspection with customer.
  • Ensure that blocking points are resolved prior to commissioning.
  • Ensure the calibration of the equipment used.
  • Monitor and report configuration status.
  • Ensure the training of workers.
  • Non Conformity Reports management.
  • Ensure the training of workers.
  • Accompany the customers during inspections.
  • Contribute to compliance with safety, order and cleanliness regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum experience of 5 years in program management in aeronautics, renewable energy, automotive or railway field.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
  • Availability to travel frequently and extended stays in different destinations, both national and international, as well as to work in relays.
  • Knowledge of SAP management module, management tool and 365 Office.
  • Knowledge of the PRLs regulations in force in the different workshops of practice.
  • Proficient computer skills.
