You will be reporting to: Market Commercial Manager
Duties/Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Market Commercial Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a motivated team.
More Specifically:
- Achieve the sales and profitability targets set for your assigned Core Area of the Home (CAOTH)
- Maximize commercial KPIs to ensure business success
- Develop and execute a commercial action plan, aligning with team and management input
- Deliver exceptional customer service through Active Selling and Meet & Greet principles
- Monitor and control operating costs and P&L elements for your department
- Recruit, develop, and maintain a high-performing and motivated team
- Ensure adequate staffing with trained and qualified co-workers during all operating hours
- Understand the local market potential and tailor sales strategies accordingly
- A minimum of three years of managerial experience is required, preferably within a large-scale retail environment characterized by high sales volume
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Mandatory Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
- Fluent in Greek & English
- Strong MS Office skills
- Achievement-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Analytical and numerical abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision will be considered a plus
