We are looking for a great fit for the role of Food & Beverage Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational functions of the Food and Beverage Department
• Ensure full compliance to Food and Beverage operating controls, policies, procedures and service standards
• Ensure implementation of hotel’s standards from all employees
• Conduct monthly meetings along all outlet supervisors and staff
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the F&B departments Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan
• Set management team and individual goals
• Inspect all food and beverage outlets for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & company culture
• Set hotel’s products and services in compliance to law and all safety procedures, HACCP etc
• Recruit and train staff, implement innovative techniques and services to constantly seek ways to generate more revenue

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• More than 5 years of experience in similar role at a resort hotel with stable and consistent record of service
• University Degree in Hospitality or similar
• Knowledge of the related legal framework of hotel operations
• Preferably should have background in Revenue/F&B / Rooms Division
• Native Greek speaker and fluency in English (knowledge of French or other language is considered a plus )
