Location: Ouranoupolis, Halkidiki

Position Summary

The Spa Therapist will provide professional and engagingwellness therapies and massage treatments to all hotel guests and will reportdirectly to the Spa Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety ofSpa treatments (body treatments, massages, facials) according to company’sstandards
• Schedule guestappointments and recommend spa services and products to hotel guests
• Maintain equipment inexcellent condition and order stock products as needed
• Uphold hygienestandards and follow health and safety regulations
• Be up to date withmarket trends and respond to guests queries and expectations
• Resolve guestcomplaints and inform the management about any incidents throughout the spaarea
• Frequently check with guests to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist; prior experience inthe luxury hospitality industry will be preferred
• Massage or BeauticianDegree; license in aesthetics or physiotherapist will be considered as an asset
• Excellent knowledge ofEnglish language
• Pleasant personality,team player, focused on accomplishing high quality results
