Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operational functions of the Group, ensuring seamless coordination across departments

Ensure full compliance with hotel operating standards, SOPs, policies, procedures, and service excellence benchmarks

Work closely with the Hotel Manager and liaise with all Heads of Departments to support smooth hotel operations

Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement

Set goals for the management team and individual departments to ensure alignment and performance

Ensure all employees adhere to SLH (Small Luxury Hotels) brand standards

Monitor budget allocation, expense control, and payroll accuracy

Assist in key property matters including capital projects, guest service, and renovations

Conduct regular briefings with department heads to align on priorities and action items

Inspect departments daily for cleanliness, service readiness, ambiance, and team presentation

Interact with guests to handle requests, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction

Monitor guest feedback and manage the service recovery process

Stay informed on market competition and industry trends

Ensure all hotel services and operations are fully compliant with legal and safety standards

Be responsible for the overall management and smooth running of the property

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  1. Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role within a resort or luxury hotel environment
  2. University Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  3. Solid understanding of the legal framework around hotel operations
  4. Background in Revenue Management, F&B, or Rooms Division will be considered an asset
  5. Native Greek speaker with fluency in English (knowledge of French or other language is a plus)
  6. Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and maintain high levels of professionalism
  7. Commitment to excellence, initiative, and a proactive mindset
  8. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative attitude
