Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire an Operations & Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the ongoing operational activities for our renewable energy assets, including wind, solar, BESS, and hydro projects. This role will focus on data gathering and presentation using tools like Power BI and MS PowerPoint, while also supporting O&M SAP procedures.

During your day you will:

• Gather, process, and analyze operational data from various renewable energy assets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide real-time insights into the performance of wind, solar, BESS, and hydro assets.
• Present key operational data, performance metrics, and reports to internal teams and stakeholders
• Support the implementation, execution, and monitoring of O&M SAP procedures to ensure smooth operation and maintenance workflows.
• Assist in managing maintenance schedules, work orders, and asset management tasks in SAP PM, ensuring that all operational and maintenance activities are properly documented and tracked.
• Support the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within SAP to facilitate procurement of spare parts, materials, and services required for asset maintenance.
• Collaborate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of required resources.
• Support the O&M data analysis team to identify trends, performance issues, and areas for optimization within the renewable energy assets.
• Work closely with the O&M team to understand technical requirements and ensure the effective presentation and communication of data.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, asset performance, and data management practices.

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy or similar field)
• Master Degree in related fields will be considered an asset
• 4 years of experience in operation and maintenance (O&M) in the renewable energy industry.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience using an ERP system (preferably SAP) for the O&M and procurement processes
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, Power Point
• Strong data analysis, visualization, and report generation skills
