Project Management Operations Specialist

We are looking for a  Project Management Operations Specialist join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy team in Athens.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by optimizing processes, coordinating teams, and maintaining project documentation. You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Your role will encompass: 

• Monitor projects to ensure all updates are accurately reflected in the IT PM tool and relevant KPIs.
• Ensure that Project Managers' timesheets are updated and maintained correctly.
• Manage resource allocation and track project budgets, whilst handling relevant projects’ invoices.
• Create and track new procurement demands and purchase requisitions.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate communication between teams, ensuring alignment and clear workflows.
• Utilize project management tools and software to streamline operations.

What you bring to the role: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in related role.
• Proficiency in project management and presentations software (e.g. MS Project, ClickUp, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) 
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
