Product Manager (B2B)

We at Nova, are a young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast thinking "Product Manager (B2B)" to be part of our successful “Corporate Product” team.

You have a challenging mission as:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager (B2B) to join our Corporate Product team. The ideal candidate will have strong product management skills, business and market knowledge, and technology know-how.

What will you do:

• Monitor closely and analyze market trends and competition for B2B products and services.
• Manage the insights and market analysis/research that drive product and commercial decisions.
• Manage projects’ timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products, coordinating cross-functional teams to design and build solutions that address customers’ needs.
• Develop or enhance reports & dashboards towards monitoring and analyzing KPIs across the B2B product portfolio.
• Work alongside Product Managers of other segments to develop products, services, and promotions to ensure profitable growth of the customer base through customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide Go-to-Market plans and briefs for products and propositions’ changes and how they are delivered.
• Participate in the formation of the annual marketing & financial planning of the products & services of your responsibility.
• Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Tests (UATs) to ensure the implementation fits segment needs.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to facilitate the implementation of the strategy and increase the penetration of products & services.
• Identify and propose new products & services as well as improvements to existing ones with the aim of strengthening them.
• Define the commercial specifications of new products or modify existing ones to ensure their continuous growth and profitability, while also developing business cases.
• Create reports and presentations on the results of the products of your responsibility, analyze them, and propose improvement actions.

It would be great if you have:

• University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in Product Development preferably in one of the following fields : cloud telephony, cloud computing, fixed or mobile communications.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be self-driven and a quick learner to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Be highly numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Be resilient and adaptable to an extremely fast-paced environment with frequent pivots and adjustments.
