Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, representing a globally respected automobile brand
• Provide seamless support through phone calls, emails, and chat to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Offer expert advice on a variety of car-related topics, including products and services
• Efficiently resolve any issues and address customer concerns with professionalism and care
• Aim to turn every customer interaction into a positive, memorable experience

What You Will Bring:

• Fluency in French
• Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken
• A genuine passion for cars is a huge advantage
• At least 6 months of experience in customer support or customer care is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• A proactive problem-solving attitude and a strong sense of ownership
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
