As a Customer Experience Specialist , you'll connect with clients across various platforms—phone, chat, email, and social media—to resolve account, technical, and financial issues. Your role will be key in ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, social media)
- Help customers with account setup, verification, login, payments, and technical concerns
- Serve as a reliable contact point, especially for sports-related client inquiries
- Address feedback and issues with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate clearly to build trust and lasting relationships with clients
- Ensure every interaction aligns with internal policies and quality standards
- Share insights and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer journey
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
