Based on the island of Zakynthos, our client is a well-established hospitality business offering premium accommodation services in one of the most sought-after destinations in Greece and is currently looking for a Restaurant Manager in Zakynthos.

General Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all Food & Beverage operations and daily activities within a defined budget and standards.
  • Maintaining outstanding levels of customer service.
  • Designing unique menus, sourcing products, and consistently implementing necessary improvements.
  • Identifying customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Leading, training, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Planning departmental employee schedules.
  • Setting goals, KPIs, timelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Promoting two-way communication and fostering a collaborative environment focused on motivation and teamwork.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, HACCP, etc.
  • Reporting to management regarding sales results and productivity.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • 5 years of professional experience as a Restaurant Maître, Hotel and F&B Unit Supervisor.
  • Degree in Hotel Business Management or from a recognized Professional Hospitality School.
  • Excellent and up-to-date knowledge in the field of Food & Beverage (F&B), including new products, trends, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as OpenTable, etc.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, interpersonal, and especially staff training skills.
  • Excellent financial management skills and sales techniques.
  • Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of French or another second language will be considered an asset).
