Key Responsibilities

• Prepare workstations with all necessary ingredients and cookingequipment
• Inspect and prepare ingredients before use
• Supervise cost control, recipes, preparation processes, and methodology
• Ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes
• Maintain all Health & Safety standards
• Ensure proper storage of all food items and kitchen supplies
• Check the quality of ingredients
• Monitor inventory and place orders when shortages arise

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• 3 years of experience as a Head Chef (Chef de Partie)
• Degree from a recognized Culinary School
• Excellent command of the English language
• Experience with culinary tools, techniques, and fine dining cuisine
• Ability to follow all hygiene and safety procedures
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Attention to cleanliness and order
• Responsibility
