We are looking for a SAP Consultant (PP/PS/PM/QM) to join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy team in our Athens Offices.

By joining this role, you’ll analyze business requirements, configure and customize SAP solutions, support implementation and optimization to improve business processes and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participates in new implementations in the Group SAP ecosystem while working closely with Business Process Owners, external Business advisors in business requirements gathering and analysis, SAP solutions design, implementation, training and user support.
• Participates in the upgrading of the SAP ecosystem and supports technical specialists in the multi-system application architecture.
• Works closely with Business Process Owners, external Business advisors in business requirements gathering and analysis, SAP solutions design, implementation, training and user support.
• Acts as the internal technical Lead in SAP implementations in the area of SAP LOGISTICS (PP/PM/PS/QM) and supports project management activities in such projects
• Investigates and troubleshoots SAP-related issues raised by business users via the ticketing system in collaboration with external advisors. He/she deals with issues that are related to the customization of the platform or its integration flows with other systems. He/she also implements preventive checks in order to maintain the system in good quality.
• Works closely and oversees the SAP system integrators ensuring solutions meet the company’s requirements acting as the liaison between Business users and the integrators.
• Supports the preparation of solution documentation and training material
• Provides expertise on application architecture design or improvements in the area of SAP LOGISTICS (PP/PM/PS/QM).
• Provides consultancy support to internal clients and software application technical team members in all aspects of enabling technologies to meet business needs.
• Supports the preparation of RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ’s for seeking SAP solutions & services proposals in the organization’s vendor ecosystem.
• Supports actions for the compliance of SAP solutions with applicable Corporate Policies and procedures.

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science or any other related discipline.
• Postgraduate Degree in a related field is highly desirable.
• 4+ years of relevant SAP LOGISTICS (PP/PM/PS/QM) functional experience, including participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects, ideally in SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Working knowledge of other SAP Modules and the integration among them will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of ABAP will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent communication, facilitation. Strong capability to relate technical ideas and functionality to non-technical users.
• Ability to meet timelines cognizant of business needs and constraints.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to perform complex system analysis and draw conclusions by relating information from different sources, including root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Self-motivated, with high ethical standards, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service orientation.
