We are looking for an IT Digital Project Manager to join our IT Project Management team part of our Information Technology & Digital Strategy Division, based in Athens.

Your role will encompass:

• Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Design and implement Business Process Digitization (BPD) solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and accelerate process digitization.
• Develop technical specifications (Blueprints) and manage vendor selection (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
• Oversee task assignments, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
• Translate business needs into actionable project plans.
• Develop training programs for users.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in digital project management.
• Strong project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications preferred).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
