THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team, responsible for executing tasks related to the IT and computerized components of our Production, Packaging, Utilities, and Track and Trace systems. This role will emphasize continuous improvement, ensuring our systems operate efficiently and effectively.

This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Factory automation supervisor.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Execute IT/automation-related processes and prepare/review relevant documentation of equipment, including Active Directory integrations, Remote Support concept, Application Administration Plan, and Back-up/Restore/Archive
• Maintain state-of-the-art Track and Trace and Automation systems
• Perform troubleshooting, follow up on tickets, and provide training to production personnel
• Support or lead technical projects on Track and Trace topics and activities (URS, project management, commissioning, training, etc.) and other capex projects involving automation activities as needed
• Ensure Operational Technology compliance of computerized systems for equipment within the area of responsibility

What You Should Bring To The Team

• University (or equivalent) Diploma in IT, Automation, or Electrical Engineering
• At least 1 year of working experience in engineering within an industry environment, preferably in the process or pharmaceutical industry
• Fluent (native) in both Greek and English
• Good knowledge of PLC/SCADA, industrial PCs, and HMIs is a plus
• Customer service mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
