THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, supporting the quality systems managed by the Quality Assurance (QA) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Compliance department. This role will also play a key part in the implementation of the Learning 2.0 concept, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards.
This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the QA GMP Compliance Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as Learning One Source (LOS) admin and support site departments in Learning Administration outside of the LOS system
- Support the learning system as a content creator, learning consultant, and member of the quality review of training materials
- Transfer training materials into electronic Document Management System (DMS)
- Monitor the periodic review of training materials and follow up on implementation with the owners
- Act as a qualified trainer and perform train-the-trainer classroom training
What You Should Bring To The Team
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Pharmaceutics, or a relevant field
- At least 1 year of working experience in similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Fluent (native) in both English and Greek
- Project and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with interfaces and production personnel from diverse professional backgrounds
