To support our growth, we are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist for a permanent contract.
YOUR MISSION:
Ensures the insertion and fulfillment of customer orders, process them and follow their progress up to invoicing. Guarantees the availability of sales data to management and the sales force using the company ERP system and the tools and methods available. Supports the Demand Planning activity, ensuring the optimal stock of products and managing information on their availability.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checks and fulfills customer orders (direct and industrial sales) and acknowledges any changes in orders relating to prices, quantities and dates
- Manages communication flows with the customer and the Sales Force regarding information on orders and their progress.
- Checks the availability of goods in detail and place orders in the system for fulfillment
- Invoices orders and takes care of sending invoices.
- Manages complaints and any disputes in synergy with the sales force and the BackOffice
- Supports Demand Planning with the parent company and third-party suppliers, ensuring optimal stock of products and managing information on their availability in the short to medium term
- Prepares Forecasts and Issues Purchase Orders to Headquarters, Third Party Suppliers and Transporters
- Supports the price list control activity with respect to the Commercial Policy
- Supports management and maintenance of customer records
THE TALENT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- University Degree in Economics, Engineering, Agronomy or international Trade
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role in Customer Care
- Very good proficiency in English language
- Experience and strong mastery in SAP (Finance & Warehousing modules)
- Flexible approach, ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent Data processing and reporting skills organizational skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good problem solver & proactivity
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
