What You Will Bring:

• Fluency in Dutch.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• A passion for cars (big plus!).
• Previous experience in customer support or customer care (at least 6 months preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Tech-savviness and a quick ability to learn.
