As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage with customers through various channels—phone, chat, email, and social media—addressing account issues, technical challenges, and financial inquiries. Your role will be essential in delivering a smooth customer experience and enhancing service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support via phone, chat, email, and social media
- Assist with account creation, verification, login issues, payments, and technical troubleshooting
- Act as a trusted point of contact, especially for clients in the sports sector
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Build strong client relationships through clear and effective communication
- Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and service standards
- Identify and recommend improvements to boost customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
