About the Position:

As a Car Rental Advisor, you'll assist clients in selecting and booking rental cars tailored to their needs, offering expert advice to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey. Your excellent communication and attention to detail will be key to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with booking rental cars, ensuring options meet their needs and preferences
• Provide expert recommendations on car types, rental packages, and additional services based on customer requirements and budgets
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering professional assistance and support
• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and resolve any issues related to car rentals
• Stay up-to-date with car rental policies, promotions, and industry trends to offer the best solutions

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
