We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide support to customers via voice, chat, and email, responding to inquiries about our services, assisting with bookings, and resolving travel-related issues. This is a non-sales, inbound customer service role.

This is a non-sales, inbound customer service role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
- Advise customers and resolve inquiries related to reservations, cancellations, changes, and refunds.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and professional assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and maintain high service quality.
- On-site position in Athens, Greece.
- Monday - Sunday, 8:00 - 17:00 (8-hour shifts, 5 days per week on a rotational schedule).
- Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in English for internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- 14 salaries per year (12 monthly salaries + Easter, Summer, and Christmas bonuses).
- Gross monthly salary: 1200.
- Private Health & Life Insurance.
- Performance bonus (to be confirmed based on company policy).
- 25 days of annual leave.
- Permanent contract (40 hours per week).
- 50 meal voucher per month for all employees.
- Must be in Athens at least 7 days before the start date for hiring documents.
- Must work on-site for at least 3 months unless already residing in Greece with confirmed housing and internet.
- Accommodation: 3 weeks in a hotel near the office (no further assistance with real estate after this period).
- Financial Support: Up to 300 reimbursement (1st paycheck) for relocation expenses.
- Legal Support: Assistance with hiring documents (candidates must provide required paperwork).
- Flight ticket (only reimbursement up to 300 with the 1st paycheck).
- Airport pick-up & transportation to the hotel.
