We are looking for an IT Business Analysis Supervisor to join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy team in Paiania, Greece.

Your role will encompass:   

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven environment and supporting their development through regular feedback and coaching.
• Drive the successful collection, documentation, and validation of business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clear communication to technical and project teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and implement technology-driven improvements that optimize business operations.
• Ensure the quality and completeness of business documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user stories, following best practices and organizational standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between business and IT teams, acting as a strategic liaison to align project deliverables with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
• Support cross-functional projects by guiding requirement definition, prioritizing tasks, and managing evolving business needs to ensure alignment with IT capabilities and strategic direction.
• Oversee and guide testing and validation processes to ensure business deliverables meet quality standards and mitigate potential risks.
• Prepare regular updates and progress reports for senior leadership, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and key business impacts.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and ensure the effective delivery of business solutions.

What you bring to the role: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
• Experience with business analysis and process mapping tools.
• Good understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and process improvement practices.
