Junior Fullstack Engineer - B2B

As of now, we are looking for a highly motivated Junior Fullstack Engineer for our B2B team within the Rider Domain.

The B2B team at FREENOW is focused on developing an innovative portfolio of mobility solutions tailored to the needs of medium and large-sized businesses. Beyond delivering a distinctive business traveler experience, the team also addresses business admin requirements—providing robust administrative tools that help corporate clients manage travel expenses, control costs, and streamline their internal processes.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Developing, testing, and maintaining backend services.
• Taking ownership of feature development and technical improvements from ideation to deployment.
• Building and enhancing our customer-facing and internal web applications
• Collaborating closely with other engineers, designers, product managers, and customer success teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Exploring and incorporating AI-powered enhancements into our development workflow.
• Actively participating in team discussions to shape our ways of working and continuously improve our processes.
• Ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems through monitoring, alerting, and continuous deployment.
• Engaging in our backend and frontend communities to share knowledge, discuss the latest tech trends, and grow together.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• You have a solid foundation in either backend or frontend development, and you're willing to expand your skills in the other area.
• You have experience with or a willingness to learn Kotlin, Spring, TypeScript and React.
• You take ownership of your work and proactively seek opportunities to improve our codebase and processes.
• You thrive in a collaborative, self-organized team environment where knowledge sharing and open communication are encouraged.
